In celebration of the Queens Platinum Jubilee the shops and businesses around Chelsea have teamed up with the RHS to create some amazing floral displays. #chelseainbloom
One of south Londons finest parks, with 200 acres of lush landscaping and trees that date back to victorian times. Built between 1854 and 1870. It has a riverside promenade, a large lake, many notable trees and ecological areas, children's play areas, a children's zoo, the Pump House gallery, ceremony venue and sports facilities. Great for walks where Justin takes time away from work.

Brunswick House dates from the mid 17th century but was rebuilt in 1758. The back of the house had sweeping views to the Thames and the front overlooked the then booming Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and market gardens of Oval. Restored by architectural salvage firm Lassco it is full of Georgian treasure to buy. Downstairs you can partake of an ale or soft drink with a meal and revel in its opulent history

It still has a real english charm with sellers who still speak in a lovely cockney twang and keep Brut Old Spice on there trading desks to splash on! . Get there early these people are working from the crack of dawn. But walk around here and take in the array of real and faux flowers and plants, vases and trim from around the world. They sell to the public as well as wholesale. Just check with the seller which ones you can have individually.

New Covent Garden Market

They sell to the public as well as wholesale. Just check with the seller which ones you can have individually.
If like me you love period drama like Bridgerton and Downton Abbey this is a must see, and its free. This is somewhere I like to go and just wander around in for inspiration.Its a Salvage yard so they source things from estate sales and stately homes. You can see a Louis antique fireplace, or a gate from a castle, to a small bottle from a pharmacy. Also reclaimed statues and huge garden urns, doors and inside furniture and pictures. Its in Brunswick House so full of for sale antiques. There's a small gift shop also so you can buy inexpensive items like candles floral prints and presses and cards and then go to the cafe to sit down. Everyone is really friendly so happy to talk and let you walk around. They seem to do a lot of dinner parties as its can be hired for events. Every time I've wandered in they were setting the tables in one of the drawing rooms. I just love seeing how they used to do it. I think it gives you a real taste of the past as it's not as opulent as a palace or well known stately homes. Makes it more interesting as it used to be a family home in a past life so still has that wonderfully lived in Splendour from a bygone era. The huge drapes have been restored in places and some bits have seen better days but, none the less still so uniquely English and lovely. I visit it often even just to sit and have a coffee.

Founded by Joanna Gascoigne who has a luxury hospitality background this is an intimate restaurant and bar. They use seasonal British produce and can cater to any dietary needs. I'm gluten, dairy and meat free and Justins Vegan, so can be a chefs worst nightmare but that hasn't stopped us from enjoy their wonderful menu. As for the cocktails, anything you could want, from the classics to some sensual delights. It's not a a huge space so check online and book ahead if you can.
