Start from the cabin and head to Monsal Dale. It takes you through the River Wye’s twisting, wooded gorge, where you can enjoy gentle waterfalls and take part in a spot of wild swimming. You can head to Longstone village where you can refuel with drinks and food at one of two dog friendly delightful pubs – the Packhorse Inn or Stable Yard.

Start from the cabin and head to Monsal Dale. It takes you through the River Wye’s twisting, wooded gorge, where you can enjoy gentle waterfalls and take part in a spot of wild swimming. You can head to Longstone village where you can refuel with drinks and food at one of two dog friendly delightful pubs – the Packhorse Inn or Stable Yard.
Hassop Cafe- is in the same village of Peak District Hideout. It hosts a wonderful cafe with a delicious variety of food from afternoon tea to burgers. You can take advantage of the Monsal trail by going on a relaxing walk or hire a bike and cycle the trail, it can take you straight into the beautiful quaint town of Bakewell.
