For those of you visiting in the summer pack plenty of sunblock and mosquito repellent. Also make sure to always wear shoes when you are outdoors, there are plenty of ants and critters that would not mind crawling on you.
For those of you traveling in the winter, even though we are still in Florida, this part of the state does have hard freezes, and it gets quite chilly. Double check the forecast and make sure to have something to bundle in if the temperatures are due to drop.
