Speakeasy. A reservation gets you the password. The furniture is curated straight out of the 1920s everything is vintage. The double smoked Manhattan is my favourite cocktail in the city. The Library also does live jazz and burlesque on weeknights. Great date spot or for a girls night out. You just have to find it ;)

The Bow River is a gathering hub in the summer. The peace bridge is a Calgary landmark and is walkable from my place. It’s a great starting point to explore the riverfront. If you have kids; Jason Circus is usually performing near the bridge in the summer and bonus… an ice-cream truck is also nearby.
