Why Uber and Lyft
The best travel options for downtown New Orleans, going to festivals, and, frankly, just in general, for the City of New Orleans, will be Uber and Lyft. Why? Parking lots are pricy, not very well managed, and difficult to reach, if an issue comes up. If you’re not in a rush and have leisure time, the streetcar is optimal travel for very low cost sightseeing with a high return on relaxation.
