Do you have kayaks?
-We do not have kayaks or canoes due to safety concerns with boat traffic in the area.
If we rent a boat, can we drive it to the dock at the manor? Do you know of any marinas that allow for short term slip rentals?
-Absolutely you can dock at the manor, just be aware of heavy boat traffic on the weekends which may knock your boat around. At this time we are unaware of any marinas that allow short term slip rentals.
Where do you recommend renting a boat?
-Hot Springs Marina
Where are the closest boat ramps to put in Lake Hamilton?
-Majestic Lodge and Treasure Isle

Can we fish?
-Absolutely! The dock is set up for fishing with poles and equipment supplied.
Is the pool available for use in the colder months?
-Yes! The pool heats to 85°F and is equipped with a cover that we close to hold the heat in. We also have a fire pit and outdoor heaters!
Do you supply pool towels?
-Yes!
Do you allow pets?
-As much as we love our furry friends, we do not permit pets at the manor.

What amenities do you have for the kitchen?
-The kitchen is stocked with cooking oils and spices, blender, toaster, Keurig, and pretty much everything else you need for cooking, baking, and grilling!
What games are in Neptune’s game room?
-We have a foosball table, Pac-man machine, karaoke machine, some board games and a large TV with all of the apps for your enjoyment. There is also a popcorn machine!
Where is the nearest grocery store?
-Sunshine Store & Cafe is a small grocery store about five min away! The Walmart Neighborhood Market about 20 min away. Ask us about grocery delivery!
