Sightseeing
This is a cozy part of town, just in front of the stadspark. My favourite church is also here, and you can not only see the Ave Maria statue, but you can actually go further inside to the church. Its super tranquila.

Walk around the whole of the city park, there's different parts to it. More quiet towards the end, and there's a place where you can even cross to the park which has the figures for the old animal zoo which used to exist in Maastricht. The trees are gorgeous, and so are the monuments there surrounding it (including the city wall, a small lake thing, and lots of woodwork)

The most stunning bookstore, that's place inside a church. It's immense beauty, among books is beautiful. I believe there's a cafe at the back as well!
