Dog-friendly park with lots of pathways to walk, run and bike. Loads of benches and fire pits scattered throughout the park. You can rent boats, skates etc from the rental shop in the park. There’s also a nice cafe near the water to enjoy a coffee or a light meal. There is even a miniature train for kids that gives a tour of the park.

Fantastic food and amazing staff. Always smiling and happy while providing amazing service. I recommend the (jumbo) chicken shawarma. Just a few blocks south on 4th street.

Some of the best pizza in the city. If you go on a Friday night, the lines are long but they can take you phone number and call you when your table is ready so you’re free to grab a drink elsewhere or explore the neighbourhood.
