Great Outdoors
This is one of our favorite hikes with absolutely stunning views of Roanoke Valley. At a little under 8 miles, you'll want to budget at least three hours to tackle this fun trek. Add in a drive time of about 40 minutes each way as well. Very worthwhile if you enjoy hiking!

A great hike in Blacksburg. A bit steep in places but not hard if you're in decent shape. 3 miles round trip if you turn around at the fireroad on top. You can keep going though and explore what Pandapas Pond has to offer. Great map at the trailhead to get you where you want. If bringing furry friends, they will appreciate it!

If you look to right from our driveway, walk toward the end of the street, make a right and you'll see a set of stairs on your left. These go down to the extensive paved trail - great for walking, running, biking!
