Best beach in Sydney? Quite possibly. Nothing like the hustle of Bondi, but quiet and clean and scenic. Bathers Pavillion restaurant is great. Also great local fish and chips!

Willoughby Road has many restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Recommend Beer Bazaar, and Shenhai Indian, and Ju Rin Japanese, and @ Japanese (Pacific Highway, near Falcon Street).

I often walk here from Milsons Point, as its a great way to see the city. Good coffee. A central city point (on the fringe of chinatown). Go to Tea Rooms (top floor). Excellent!

Chinatown: look for Wan Tai restaurant. This is medium to high budget and gorgeous decor. Wonderful experience.
