It's an oldest capital in North of Thailand. The town itself is cultural. Riding a bike around, check out all old sites, visit old temples and having meals next to Mae Khong river are all my favourite.
If you rent a motorbike, ride out and visit Golden Triangle and a lake , it's also good experiences.
