This is a great place to learn more about our Saskatchewan history. The exhibits change from time to time , there is a first nations perspective, lots of fossils and the static displays of western prairies are so realistic you could be standing in the midst of the animals. Bird calls add to the atmosphere. The basement has dinosaur displays including fossilized TRex scat. Besides the dinosaur there is an excellent display of pre-ice age large mammals including many that are overlooked in other national history museums.

Situated on the doorstep of RCMP Academy, "Depot" Division in Regina, Saskatchewan, where Mounties have trained since 1885, the RCMP Heritage Centre is appropriately located where the tradition begins. The Centre brings to life the incredible story of the RCMP and its role in the development of Canada using state of the art exhibits, multimedia technologies, and engaging programming and tours.
