Food is super cheap and high quality, this is a go to place for either lunch or dinner, alone or with friends. There is alot of Thai food and Thai fusion options, for example Smoked Salmon Tom Yum Soup - only 60baht ($2USD)!

This is the cheapest beer place I have found all across Thailand. Simple self serve with a bunch of chairs and tables out the front making for a good friendly vibe.
The Thai beer is super cheap, but they also offer a variety of imported beer from Belgium / UK / Germany etc - all at lower prices than any other import beer place around. There is also a selection of wine.
If you like beer / wine or even if you want to mix with other friendly foreigners and locals alike, this is a must not miss place.

This is a huge upstairs bar which is normally full of Thai people. There are pool tables, a balcony, comfy sofas aswell as normal chairs and tables. A good fun evening venue.

The main point is the beer... they have alot of imported varieties. However the price is very steep. You are much better off visiting Kamrai Shop for the import beers which is closer to the condo.
Check this place out for 1 or 2 after you already got fuelled up on beer somewhere else first or things start getting expensive.

Free entry, worth checking out. The place is usually full of young rich Thais with a handful of foreigners dotted about. There are often cool motorbikes parked up out front on busy nights.

Fairly decent gym - but pretty expensive if you drop in for the day. Good for walking distance gym to get you fitness fix. If you have more time go further to the GO Gym.

Super cheap at only 60 baht ($2USD) for full day drop in. This gym is probably the biggest Ive ever seen in the world. Tons of machines, a boxing ring, multiple sets of bars and equipment. Protein shake bar at front. Highly recommended. Don't be lazy - use my red mountain bike for free and cycle down here in 12 min (good for your warm up / warm down :)
