Food Scene
This is one of best sushi restaurant outside of Japan I've been to. In my humble opinion this is hands down one of the best sushi restaurants.
The are very busy and the wait can be rather long. If you plan to dine here, I suggest either arriving at 5PM and get in line for dinner. Or call 1 week in advance to make reservations, reservations are only accepted between 5PM - 5:15PM. Keep redialing if the line is busy or if they're not answering.
FYI - They do not provide soy sauce and already pre-season the fish as how it's supposed to be served.
I would highly recommend requesting for the fresh (marinated) wasabi. It is so much better than your standard wasabi.

Anaheim Packing House has variety of great eateries and Live Entertainment depending on the night. Parking is limited around the area, suggest going for an early dinner or Valet.

Hopscotch is one of my favorite bars in the area. They have live DJ's and great selection of drinks. Also, it's centrally located in downtown Fullerton and you can easily bar hop. Heroes Bar & Grill is another nice bar.

Downtown Disney has a little bit of everything for those that want to be enjoy Disneyland fireworks without entering the park.
It has lots of restaurants and bars available in the area and it also have a direct monorail access to Disneyland itself.
