45 Laings RdIf the weather is ok, take the train to the Wellington Railway Station (an interesting building in its own right). You can pick up some snacks and a coffee at the Railway Station New World supermarket. Then walk along the water front to get to Te Papa. The walk is lovely and saves having to find a park in the city.
