This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

The Sunflower Retreat is a private, self-contained, peaceful hideaway. Located in the back half of an adorable 1920's home, this BnB space has everything you could need. A driveway leads you around to the back of the house, where a stone walkway guides you to your own private patio and entrance. A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Private suite , new construction

This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

Old Orchard Beach Guest Suite

OOB Guest Suite is a remodeled space just 1 block from the downtown area. Walk to restaurants, shops, beach, arcade and amusement park. Free parking. Free wifi/Smart TV. Outdoor space with small deck with bistro table/chairs, new patio with picnic table and grill. Enjoy all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer! Summer reservations from June 29, 2024 through August 24, 2024, are required to be 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturday.

We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.)
