Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Spend a lazy day on the hammock or take a day trip to explore regional attractions in beautiful ME and NH. For your safety, the area is under video surveillance.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, the kitchen, the hot tub and fireplaces and the space for large reunions and gatherings . My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
