Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Looking for accommodations close to the university or hunting ? Well, Look no further!This 2 BR/1Bath home is located <1 mile from Alcorn State University. Whether visiting for fun or business, we are here to host you! Nestled off of Hwy 552, it’s very private but still close to all activities. Large front and back yards , a BBQ grill and fire pit makes this a perfect location for after game chill outs. The double rockers out front makes sure you don’t miss the action! Spacious two room apartment on second floor of 1853 dependency originally used as a school room and governess's private quarters. Completely renovated in 2017-2018, with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and comfy sleeper sofa for socializing or extra guest. Ceiling fans in both rooms and on large private gallery - great for morning coffee or tea, listening to birds, or watching fireflies in spring and summer.

James’ Cabin

Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, washer & dryer, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.

Lake Bruin Getaway

Our camp is on beautiful Lake Bruin. Best known for skiing & fishing! When you arrive you'll realize it's also a great getaway!! We have a cozy rustic camp and outdoor area. Most of you're time will be spent outdoors enjoying & relaxing! We have a pier with a covered boat slip. There's no roughing it here. You will enjoy inside and out on your next vacation!
