Notre gite est idéalement situé sur la commune de Lamothe Montravel, au croisement des vignobles de Bergerac et Bordeaux, sur la rive droite de la Dordogne, vous bénéficierez d'une belle vue sur le vignoble depuis sa terrasse ensoleillée. 2 niveaux : la porte d'entrée se situe sur le 2ème niveau : 2 chambres, les toilettes et salle de bain. premier niveau 8 marches , une grande pièce avec cuisine, espace repas et salon ,un poêle à bois (seul moyen de chauffage de la maison) bois fourni.

Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Un couple avec quatre enfants ou trois couples maximum peuvent être logés . draps Lits et serviettes bain fournis. Salle de bain et toilettes séparées. Cuisine indépendante et entièrement équipée. Aire de pétanque et molkki , table et chaises de jardin . bbq . Le gîte ( 110m2) est une ancienne maison de vigneron entièrement rénovée en 2018.

There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which overlook the large pool and outdoor seating area whilst the remaining 2 overlook the beautifully picturesque sandstone village of Saint Magne de Castillon which is nestled in amidst the Castillonnais vineyards. 7 minutes drive from St Emilion and 50 minutes drive from Bordeaux, it's an ideal spot to enjoy a group / family holiday!
