The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. Hidden away with a view onto the Marshes the pod is a lovely retreat from the world. Its a 4ft wide double bed in a pod with a little sink, a mini fridge and a kettle, there is an air fryer and microwave available if wanted. You have your own little terrace with outside dining space and we have a barbecue available for hire if you want, or you can pop down the pub across the road and sit by the river. Showers & Toilet are 30m from property in shared Block.

Honeysuckle cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. It was built in the mid 1800's and was once a farmer’s cottage. Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach.
