Newly renovated cottage suite located in a 110 year old farmhouse in Salmon Arm BC in the heart of the Shuswap. The beach and lake are a 7 minute drive. Wineries, hiking, fishing, biking, walking! Amazing trails all over. Close to local Nordic Centre (Larch Hills) and snowmobiling areas. Room to park your toys. Pet friendly. Various streaming services included for TV. "A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

We are a 2 minute drive from the Trans Canada Highway, making it convenient as an overnight stop between Vancouver and Calgary. FREE off road parking for 2 vehicles! There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, with comfortable duvet. The sitting room has a brand new (double) sofa bed. WIFI and lots of TV channels for your viewing pleasure. 15 minute walk to the local pub / groceries / recreation centre. For larger groups, we have a second bnb in the basement.
