Watch the wildlife from the multiple decks or even from the bed. This is a great home base for your Eastern KY adventures or a wonderful quiet getaway. It has electric fireplaces, a wood fire pit, a gas firepit, an electric smoker, a charcoal and gas grill, and two creeks to enjoy during your stay.

It is approximately five miles to the Sky Bridge entrance of the Red River Gorge and 10-15 minutes from other local attractions such as The Gorge Underground, Muir Valley, Miguel’s, Sky Bridge Station, Hops, La Cabaña & much more. Minutes to grocery stores, 145 Roadhouse, Kel’s Patriot Pizza, Sweet Art by Stephanie, beer/liquor stores, Campton City Park & free gym access at The Warehouse Gym.

Perched on the edge of the canyon at the entrance to Carter Caves State Park, our 3-story cabin easily sleeps 10. On our twenty acre preserve, there are 5 cave entrances and two caves that open into the State Park gorge, with many box canyons and waterfalls to explore. Whether you're enjoying the State Park's massive natural bridges, cave tours, horseback riding, swimming, fishing or kayaking on Smoky Lake or Tygarts Creek, our Cliffside Cabin rental is a great place to relax and explore.

The General, 2bdrm cabin with beautiful views

Setting back about 1/2 mile into our 375 acre farm is The General, a 2bedroom one bath cabin. It has many comforts of home such as electricity, heat/ac, running water. There is no wi-fi and cell phone signal varies however there is a tv w/antenna and a DVD/Blu-ray player. There is plenty of hiking both on our property or on Daniel Boone Forest which surrounds us. Laurel Gorge, Red River Gorge, Cave Run Lake and Grayson Lake are just a few attractions within short driving distance from us.

There is also a large addition on the trailer which makes for a lot more space
