This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

A stunning and very spacious studio apartment on top of our home, with a private entrance and terrace, (reserved for our guests and shared with our two cats). The colourful studio has a fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, a very comfy bed and space to chill out and cosy up with games and books. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood right by the beautiful Ta' Cenc cliffs. A short walk to local shops and restaurants, and a short bus trip away from central Victoria (bus stops on our street).
