We highly recommend this area as it is very quiet, safe and familiar The bus stop and the Turistic bus stop are just in front of the building, and you are just 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station, Cuitadella (L4) -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. Este es un apartamento turístico legal con licencia para 2 huéspedes. ¡Está situado junto a la Sagrada Familia, a solo una manzana de distancia! El impuesto turístico está incluido, ¡así que no hay cargos adicionales! Combinando el antiguo edificio con un estilo loft moderno, mi objetivo es que te sientas como en una segunda casa. Dos grandes puertas de cristal permiten el acceso al balcón que da al interior del bloque residencial, por lo que no hay ruido de tráfico en absoluto. Es importante que sepas que no hay ascensor en el edificio y que tienes que subir 4 pisos.

La piscina es de uso privado del Loft y casa. Situado en zona residencial muy tranquila a 800 metros de la estación de tren de Barbera con la que llegas a Barcelona en 15 minutos y a 200 metros de la parada de autobús directo a Barcelona, a centro comercial y también autobús directo a la UAB. Situado a 7' en coche de la UAB.
