La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Il mio alloggio è a 5 metri dalla spiaggia , il cancello del giardino si apre direttamente sul mare.Nel giardino c'è una spiaggetta con sdraio e ombrelloni,barbecue,doccia, splendide viste panoramiche.Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie,chi viaggia per lavoro,famiglie(con bambini),grandi gruppi e animali domestici. E' super accessoriata,tutti i comfort,lavastoviglie,microonde,forno elettrico.COD IUN P3154. Per il Decreto Sicurezza ogni ospite deve presentare un documento d'identità all'arrivo.

The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
