Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

A 5 minute walk to bus stops and a 20 minute walk to the train station for easy commute to the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Oval and Royal Adelaide Hospital. Cleaning fee includes additional $20 linen laundry fee.
