Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Our beloved family beach house is in the heart of this stunning harbour village. It's a five minute walk to a long sandy surf beach, local pub, beach-front restaurant, and it links to the famous Cornish coastal walking path. It is ideally located for easy summer holidays of surfing, fishing and walking, and comes with wetsuits, surf boards and bodyboards and SUP board. The master bedroom and living area have ocean views, and in winter you can watch the waves rolling in by the wood-burning stove.

WHEAL ROSE is a traditional semi-detached barn conversion that sleeps 4. Used regularly by our family so has games, books etc. Large upstairs open-plan room with beamed ceiling, 2 sofabeds, TV, desk, dining table and kitchen inc dishwasher. Downstairs 2 bedrooms and shower bathroom. Shared utility shed with w machine + drier, pool table. Courtyard with overflow parking space, EV charger (extra cost), table tennis. BBQ, outside seating. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.
