Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

Old Brewery, Lower Calbourne Mill, Isle of Wight

Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

The Old Cottage

Beautiful old farmhouse with lots of indoor and outdoor space in quiet countryside setting in centre of the island. Original beams create a cosy yet contemporary cottage feel with all mod cons including walk in shower and King Size bed. Good for cycling, walking, beaches, 15 mins walk to country pub. 10 mins drive to restaurants and bars in Cowes or Yarmouth. Kids love feeding the chickens. Colemans Retreat

Colemans Retreat is a unique & spacious cottage offering 3 double bedrooms with en-suites & 4th bedroom with twin beds or double. 1 acre garden with views & outside dining area for 8 people, BBQ, hot tub, shower/changing room & WC. The property is only accessible via electric gates. Cowes & Newport 10 minutes away, Yarmouth 15 minutes. Please note, we request £150 deposit for use of the hot tub. If the hot tub is looked after and our house rules are followed then the deposit is full refundable.

Rowborough Cottage is just 300m from our family farm. Guests can enjoy access with two other cottages to farm animals, playground, games room and heated indoor pool (Feb-Oct) - perfect for families seeking a rural break. With EV charging at the farm and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an ideal base for exploring the island.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

Newtown Nature Reserve, the only national nature reserve on the Island is less than 2 miles away and the unspoilt beaches of the West Wight are just a 10 minute drive. This could be your perfect escape, ideally placed for cyclists, walkers and nature lovers. Lots of lovely pubs offering great food nearby. Many countryside attractions, walk or cycle the Tennyson Trail, see dinosaur footprints and stunning coastal paths.

You are welcome to bring your dog and walk from the front door in every direction to enjoy the West Wight. Enjoy a short stroll down to Freshwater Bay, continue further all the way to the Needles in one direction. Step out of the back gate and onto the bridleway leading over the downs to our favourite place, Compton Bay.
