Internet, washer & dryer, a covered deck with table & chairs and a gas grill with grilling utensils; a fire pit and wood provided in back yard. There is a freezer on back porch with free bags of ice and an underground storm shelter for your safety.

There is a charcoal BBQ grill, dining tables/chairs, and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer; for winter, an easy-to-light fire pit (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this street. Feel free to swim there. You may see deer, fox, and bald eagles in the area.
