Our cabin is walking distance to Massanutten Boat Landing (motor boating) and our private fishing pond. Fine restaurants, vineyards, whiskey Distillery, and horse back riding are just minutes away. The Cooter's Museum is just 2.4 miles from our cabin. Luray Caverns and Museum just 12 min - Shenandoah National Park is 20 min, G W National Forest is close by.

Our home is set on a hill on the edge of the small town of Broadway rated recently the safest town in the state of VA. Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

"Greenery on the Hill" - near W&L and downtown

My spacious private ground-floor apartment is located close to campuses and restaurants. Modern well-equipped kitchen. Private entrance & parking. THE BASE PRICE IS FOR TWO GUESTS TO USE ONE BEDROOM. IF YOU REQUIRE TWO GUESTS TO USE TWO BEDROOMS (an additional $40), please REGISTER AS 3 GUESTS, even though there are only two of you. You may not bring in overnight guests that you did not include in your reservation. Long pickup trucks will have difficulty turning around in our driveway.

Hidden gem of a house. It was fully renovated down to the studs! This 1880 home is the perfect getaway for a small group or family. Top of the line Nectar mattresses will make it hard to get out of bed. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. Downtown and Carroll creek are so close you won’t need a car to get to the restaurants and bars! You probably won’t be cooking much, but it’s there if you need it. Cable/internet heating and air conditioning is all brand new. You’ll enjoy it!

Grouseland's Pondside Vacation Cottage

Set about a quarter mile off the road, our pet friendly solar powered vacation cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone trying to spend some alone time with nature! Guests have complete privacy inside the cottage with a full kitchen, two TV's, Wi-Fi, and a mini split system for heating and cooling. As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!

Hot tub w/ Sunset Views! Secluded mountain chalet!

Secluded chalet near the top of a mountain on 8 acres, just 70 minutes from downtown DC, 20 minutes to old town Front Royal, close enough to get Instacart from groceries, Costco and Target, and private enough to enjoy your sunset view from the deck every night and to not see any other homes! The home is at the end of a long gravel road and parking in a small cul-de-sac. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for the 1st, $25 after, up to 3 dogs max, extra fees charged after reservation.

Moondance looks out over the valley with a bird's eye view of the mountains from an expansive deck. A two hour drive from DC offers a private and cozy, air-conditioned cabin, perched on top of a 5- acre lot in a private, wooded community. Day trips to small towns, festivals, and National Forests, offer an adventure with a cookout at sunset . Wrap-a-round deck has outdoor furniture and gas grill. Beautiful view of the river valley and the town of Kingwood West Virginia. Large kitchen with pots and pans. You have your own entry with open floor plan. Main house is above. There are lot’s of windows to view the picturesque valley. With vintage decor and a gas fireplace which makes for romantic setting.
