Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
