Located on 5 acres with manicured Southwest gardens and expansive skies. The casita is located close to town and on the edge of the stunning Gila National Forest.

Carriage House Cottage

This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Apartment 2 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs The heat is central via original steam radiators. Private keyless entry. This is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood.

La Casita de Pinos Altos

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $25 per night pet fee ($125 weekly) payable during stay. Fee for more than two guests (3 maximum) is $25 per night.

An easy drive or 15-minute walk to downtown Silver City, this home is completely remodeled with an updated cottage kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Two Arrows is between 2 peaceful no wake lakes and many trails for hiking, bicycling and ATV . The Lodge is set on an acre for you and your family to enjoy with a grill, fire pit and outside activities. There are miles of ATV trails with access right from the property!!
