This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Peaceful one-bedroom, one bathroom cabin with loft on beautiful Balsam Lake. Features a striking two-story stone gas fireplace, wrap around deck, large dock, and kayaks. Relax by the firepit overlooking the lake or stargaze at night. Perfect for a quiet getaway or outdoor adventure. Due to severe family allergies, we cannot host pets of any kind, including assistance animals, but are happy to help find alternate accommodations. Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a public lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a dock, two kayaks, a 16' boat & motor, a small shed by lake, a fire pit & gas grill.
