Stugan ligger helt själv på en udde. Det finns ett sovrum och en bäddsoffa . El finns och alla bekvämligheter som fullutrustat kök, kyl, frys , spis och tidsenlig inredning . Inget rinnande vatten utan vatten har man på dunk. Avlopp finns i köket. Det finns förbränningstoalett men ingen dusch.

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

Mindre än 5 min med bil till vackra Ystad och 2 km till milslånga sandstränder och havsbad.Helt nyrenoverat kök med matbord, rymlig side by side kyl/frys, micro, induktionshäll och diskmaskin. Privat trädgård i parklandskap med bekväm uteplats. Välkommen!

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.
