Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

If you've been looking for the tiny house experience, look no further. Michelle and Chris built this tiny house to live as eco-friendly, comfy, and healthy as possible. Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Get Away to "Hygge" Tiny House on 75 Private Acres

Escape to 75 acres of secluded, private land and lounge in this "hyggelig" tiny house. The house has everything you need, from heat and A/c, strong wifi, TV with streaming (sign in to Netflix, HBO, etc), full working kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave), shower and bathroom. This tiny house has an incredible amount of light coming in from the very large windows throughout. Outdoor amenities include wood patio, propane bbq grill, dining table/chairs, fire pit. A skylit space with original artwork and an eclectic mix of MCM and antiques let you enjoy beauty both inside and out. Mornings greet you with views of the Gunks, while evenings offer vivid sunsets from the cozy fire pit. Watch skydivers floating overhead, courtesy of the Parachute Ranch down the road, hike the nearby Mohonk Preserve, or enjoy the rail trail just a five minute walk from your door.

The 1772 Lefevre Stonehouse Suite

Sit at a quaint breakfast table in this sun-filled room admiring the beautiful patio, grainy wood-plank floors, and a country decor touches. Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

Hidden cabin on 2 wooded acres

Retreat to a beautiful cabin and get lost on two wooded acres. Reconnect with nature in your own way - hike around nearby Lake Minnewaska, or another of the dozens of incredible trails in the area. Explore infinity under a blanket of stars and share stories gathered around the firepit. When you’re called inside, grab a book and settle in by the fireplace. Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.

Stone House 1807. Comfort, Peace and Nature.

Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.

This space offers a romantic getaway for couples looking to enjoy the scenic Hudson Valley. If you are traveling solo, this cozy space is a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.
