It has a separate entrance on the street with parking. It has a king bed, 50" TV, desks, electric fireplace, mini kitchen/bar.

Konocti View is a new house built July 2023. The home is rural with empty lots on each side. It is perfect to see the different wildlife species strolling by. Quiet neighborhood . It is called Konocti View because it has a great view of Mt . Konocti. Attractions include Konocti Harbor Inn, lots of wineries, restaurants, and water. Clearlake, Highland springs, Blue Lakes and many others are near as well as many hiking trails. For long term stays “week up” we ask only two guests.
