The home is a 3/2 has a backyard that gives you a place to relax and enjoy your visit. In the back you will find little roller coaster for small children, a fire pit area and a large fenced in back yard for pets to enjoy and run around. *NOTE*There is a one time $100 non refundable per pet fee AS OF 2026 WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS

Cozy Chalet-Style Pet Friendly Home

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

My Sisters Cottage

My Sisters Cottage, an adorable, newly renovated cottage in the fishing village of Sneads Ferry is a water lover's paradise! It is within walking distance of the best fish market in the area, where you will see shrimp boats docked. Boaters on the Intercoastal Waterway can take a break from their journey and re-supply. You can call and ask us about special arrangements for dockage. Bring your boat or jet ski. The public ramp is only .5 mi. away. Beautiful local beaches are within 7 miles.

Waterfront Getaway with kayaks, jonboat, & fishing

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

This home is 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, sleeps 7 guests comfortably, it has 2 porches, partial ocean and sound views. Fenced in yard area, washer and dryer, and lots of parking.
