Our freshly remodeled condo is well located in Snowmass Village. Newly upgraded with a king bed in one room and a queen + single in the second bedroom. Bathrooms remodeled in summer of 2024! The association has a new pool, hot tub and workout facility - and they are spectacular and very close to my condo. It comfortably sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.
