Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 100 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

A solo un minuto a pie de la playa, el Orangery le da la bienvenida con comodidad y un toque de lujo en un ambiente acogedor y romántico. Los hermosos alrededores con agua, islas y reservas naturales ofrecen una verdadera calidad de vida. Disfrute de las vistas panorámicas del océano y las puestas de sol desde el interior, la gran terraza con orientación suroeste o la playa apta para niños que se encuentra a menos de 100 m. Helt nybyggda Fritidshus (2020-2021) beläget på en udde utan grannar inom synhåll. Egen liten långgrund strand med båt och elmotor. Braskamin i storstugan. Utedusch Bra fiske med gös, abborre , gädda mm. Bra Wi-fi. Bastu. Svamp och bär. Egen stor parkering på tomten. Aktiviteter i närheten : Isaberg Mountain resort, High Chaparral, Store Mosse Nationalpark, Ge-Kås Ullared, Knystaforsen (white guide) Tiraholms Fisk Här bor ni lyxigt men samtidigt med känslan "back to nature"

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
