The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed, secure garden. The living area has TV with Amazon Fire TV stick. Welcome to “Southwold Snug” This cosy self-contained studio style apartment has its own private access and free on street parking. It is annexed to the main family house and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. There’s a combined bedroom/lounge/diner with a luxurious superking bed, a separate kitchen & shower room. Suitable for a couple. A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use

Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.
