Normalmente gli Ospiti concordano con l'Host, prima del proprio arrivo, il relativo orario approssimativo. 1) Check-in di mattina Al loro arrivo in Via San Carpoforo n. 4, gli Ospiti possono chiedere al portiere del palazzo accanto (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), il cui nome è Shiran, di chiamare la domestica (Emi) che è sempre disponibile a casa. Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. CHECK-OUT Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm). Sarà cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilità di effettuare il check-out anche più tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietà. Il check-out può essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni: alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Agli Ospiti è sempre concessa la possibilità di lasciare, laddove richiesto, le proprie valigie ed i propri effetti personali, anche dopo il check-out, in un luogo sicuro fintanto che ne abbiano bisogno. ________________________________________ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATIONS CHECK-IN Flexibility as the main rule: Host guarantees its availability for check-in at any time of day or night without any additional fees. In any case, Guests are always guaranteed to leave their luggages and personal belongings in the apartment (or in a safe place) even before check-in time (and after check-out time, as better specified below), at any time of day or night. Guests normally communicate and agree with the Host an approximate time of arrival. 1) Morning check-in At their arrival to via San Carpoforo n.4, Guests can ask the building's next doorkeeper (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call Host or Housekeeper that are always available at home. ARLES center Charming house w/lovely garden

Située au cœur du quartier historique de la Roquette,ancien quartier de pêcheurs. Jolie maison, typiquement Arlésienne, meublée et décorée dans une ambiance vintage-chic et contemporaine. Son grand plus: un joli jardin privatif, arboré et fleuri où une grande table vous permettra de prendre vos repas à l'ombre du figuier ou de la tonnelle... La maison est très ensoleillée car idéalement exposée. Entièrement refaite à neuf, sur 150m carrés, et appartenant à un couple de collectionneurs, elle séduira les amateurs d'art et de design, les meubles sont des pièces originales d'architectes et de décorateurs du XXeme siècle et des oeuvres d'art contemporain, photographies, peintures, ornent les murs. Le quartier est calme et sûr et vous êtes à proximité de tous commerces et sites touristiques... C'est un quartier vivant, boulangeries (3), alimentations (+), commerces, bars, terrasses, restaurants (++)... excellents!, avec un des plus beau marché de Provence juste à coté tous les samedis! Tout se visite à pied au départ de la maison ! La Roquette est véritablement "the place to be" à Arles !!! Le rez-de chaussée: Entrée, séjour, salle à manger donnant sur jardin et grande cuisine parfaitement équipée (piano, lave-vaisselle, cave à vins, réfrigérateur-congélateur etc). En hiver un poële à bois permet de faire une bonne flambée dans le coin salon. Le premier étage: une bibliothèque avec bureau (conn. internet dans toute la maison), 1 salle de bain avec douche italienne et 2 chambres agréables dont une avec balcon-terrasse sur jardin cote soleil levant. Au second: un espace télé ( n chaines...), 1 salle de bain avec grande baignoire et 2 belles chambres spacieuses. Nous avons choisi de conserver les sols anciens en état d usage. Comme nous nous engageons en faveur du développement durable, nos chambres sont équipées de lits à lattes, de matelas, oreillers et coussins conçus à partir de composants naturels et renouvelables en bambou, soja, laine lin et en latex naturel (sève d'hévéa), et tout le linge de lit et de toilette est en coton bio. Les peintures sont à l'eau et l'entretien est réalisé dans la mesure du possible avec du savon noir, de la pierre blanche, du vinaigre blanc de la cire d abeille, afin de respecter notre environnement. Enfin: de nombreux et vastes parkings (1€/h or 10€/full day) sont à 100 m de la maison. Retrouvez toute l'âme arlésienne à la Roquette, un quartier populaire et vivant en journée, mais très calme le soir. En quelque minutes à pied, vous pourrez rejoindre la place du Forum et les différents musées, ainsi que les arènes et l'amphithéâtre. La maison est accessible en voiture, comme il n'y a pas beaucoup de trafic vous pourrez déposer vos bagages tranquillement puis vous garer non loin car de vastes parkings publics sont situés à 70m de là...

An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced.
