The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

We are located two minutes from the town square but you will enjoy our country setting. Karla's Cottage is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Two Queen beds and one full bed makes it easy to sleep 6. The Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. A full-sized washer and dryer are available on property. A propane grill along with a large deck make everything just right for eating, visiting, reading, or just enjoying the atmosphere. You will fall in love with this house! There is something to amuse you around every corner. Located in the heart of Ozark about 15 minutes from Springfield and 30 minutes from Branson. The house is three bedrooms and has a basement with an enormous playroom with a two story slide and a comfy theatre. Relax in the hot tub or on the beautiful deck. Even the adults that are kids at heart will enjoy this unique space. There are toys, games and a game table for everyone of all ages.

Getaway from it all when you stay under the stars in a Glamping (glamorous camping) tent with your own restroom. We are Ozark Mountain Adventure, just 10 minutes from the Branson Landing. This site's theme is rolling back the times to the good ole Bedrock days of the Flintstones. This unique site has a push/start firepit and your own space to relax. There are 16 stone stairs that you will need to climb at this site and there is a sunshade cover over the top of the tent.

Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.
