The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. This was our family home until we moved next door. The four bedrooms are upstairs along with 1 full bathroom and the laundry area. The other full bathroom is downstairs. Large kitchen and eating area. There is access to a small backyard. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and 2 twins. There is a second bathroom on the main floor.
