At a beautiful location, at the beginning of the village, the hotel has 22 rooms for families, couples, as well as people with special needs. The rooms are equipped with wonderful double and single beds, whose mattresses embrace you, giving you the sense of relaxation and providing comfortable sleep. Beautiful bathrooms, hairdryer, bathroom products, LCD televisions with satellite channels, safe, fridge, Wi fi, air-condition and of course private terraces with view at the pool and the garden.

Skiathos town, Family Room

The Family Rooms at KIMIA Guest House can accommodate up to 4 people and feature a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all areas. There is one comfortable double bed and two cozy sofa beds. Additionally, the room offers two balconies. The hotel is situated in the city center of the island, very close to the starting point of all buses, as well as Papadiamantis Street and the port—all within a 5-10 minute walk. Right across from the hotel, there is also a public parking area.
