The J & O Guesthouse was built in the early 1900s and has undergone significant additions and renovations to make it a very comfortable home. Two large living rooms, two bedrooms are waiting for you near the center of Spray. Just bring your own food and kick back for a pleasant stay. We are happy to share our extra house with you and hope you enjoy it. The views in Wheeler County are spectacular and there is fantastic fishing, hunting and the nearby John Day Fossil Beds and Painted Hills.

Cozy Cabin nestled in the scenic hillsides of this working cattle ranch in this sleepy little part of Eastern Oregon. Listen to the elk bugle from the covered wraparound patio at this cozy 1bd/1bath cabin. It features laundry & mudroom with storage, fully equipped kitchen, open living area with futon for extra sleeping. Open windows have valley views of Rudio Mountain out the back door. Great for families, hunters, fishing, hiking, kayaking, site seeing, or just a quiet and relaxing get away!

Twickinghams' Tim-Buck II

We are located directly off the path of the scenic John Day By-Way gate way to the John Day Fossil Beds. 6 minutes away from the fully stocked fishing hole "Rowe creek Reservoir." 12 minutes away from Twickenham boat launch. 47 minutes from The Painted Hills & 23 away from our local Tiger Town Brewery. Tim-Buck II cabin is a new addition to us. It has been newly remodeled and is part of our family heritage. I do offer prepared meals & shopping with advance notice. Store hours are limited.

Located just a few miles from the stunning Painted Hills, one of the 7 Wonders of Oregon, our house is spacious and open with modern amenities and relaxing outdoor spaces. We have completely updated the house with all new furniture and beautiful design touches making it the perfect place to stay when exploring the Painted Hills & John Day Fossil Beds! Our Mitchell, Oregon vacation home is a short walk to Main Street which has a brewery, a market & a gas station.

This ground-floor home features 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 twin), 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, and living room with satellite TV. Original wood floors, pocket doors, and wallpaper add vintage charm. Furnished with family heirlooms and eclectic fish decor. Enjoy a private back patio with grill, plus a lush lawn with fruit and shade trees. A cozy, memorable stay in Eastern Oregon.

Stellar Cabin

Wake Up to Wedding Cake! Stellar Cabin can be your private hideaway. Soak in the wood fired hot tub and gaze up at a blanket of stars. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!

The Little Pine Lodge is a Pet-Friendly hidden treasure nestled in a breezy canyon on Bridge Creek. It offers 1650 square feet of absolute charm with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath right on Main Street in downtown Mitchell.
