You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Knotty Pine Studio: 1.3 miles to U of O & Hayward

Nature lovers feel at home in my cozy cabin that is one mile from the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena & adjacent to Hendricks Park - world famous Rhododendron garden with trails for running, walking & manicured gardens for strolling & picnics. My space is peaceful (no tv), comfy & practical. Queen bed with cotton sheets, coffee & tea on the kitchen shelf, outfitted for simple meal prep. Enjoy the outdoor deck & glider swing as wild deer & birds visit. You are welcome here!

Quaint Studio near Autzen and Bike Path

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

The Little House is a 520 sq ft attached guest house built in 2019. This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Our mid-century modern one bedroom guest suite is clean and bright, with lots of windows and a private driveway and entrance. It's a quick walk to the U of O campus, sports arenas and Hayward Field; nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the hills east of campus, with the Hendricks Park rhododendron garden and hiking trails just up the street. Located one mile from downtown Eugene - a quick and beautiful walk through campus. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, groceries and running trails.

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

3 miles from Wine Country (10 wineries within 20 mins) and 10 mins from downtown Eugene and the airport. Our lovely Bunkhouse was built for a quiet, peaceful retreat. All will enjoy the surrounding natural view, along with the various wild birds. On a lucky day the Spencer Creek Elk herd will make an appearance. Quick travel to fine food, great adult beverages, and Univ. of Oregon Ducks athletic events. Midway between the Coast and the mountains (1 hr each).
