The unit is close to town and all the amenities and easy access to the ATV and snowmobile trails. The space includes a kitchen with laundry area, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom with a full tub/shower. After a long day, curl up next to the fireplace on the cozy couch and put your feet up for a while while you watch TV in the living room and unwind!

The Loft

This space is warm and cozy during our cold northern Maine winters and air conditioned for those few 90 degree days in July and August. We cater to hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers, and leaf peepers. The mbr has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. Guests will have a beautiful view of Portage Lake and surrounding areas. For moose hunters, we are located in zone 2 with a short drive to zones 3,5 and 6. Snowmobilers love the easy access to ITS85 and ITS90.

Welcome to our cozy cabin out in the woods in Littleton, Maine, just off of US 1, ten minutes north of the town of Houlton. The Southern Bangor and Aroostook ATV trail borders our property. So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail! We're also a great option for those coming to visit family and friends in the area, we all know how hard it can be to find a place when you need lodging. Please see our pet policy below.
