Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. We ask guests to conserve water.

Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Welcome to our Riverside Camper! Enjoy a peaceful getaway tucked alongside the St. Lawrence River in this romantic, cozy, 1 bedroom camper that sleeps up to 5. Take a walk down the dock to the picturesque views of Canada, dine on the spacious deck, or kayak from the stone beach. Your stay will include access to the river and riverside through the property down a small gravel road. Positioned upon the hill, the camper and deck space give way to beautiful sunset views.

Beth's Place- celebrating 11 years in business in 2025 - is a luxurious, self-contained apartment with a separate entrance for maximum privacy. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with free kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub – exclusively for our guests' use!

There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
