Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Maar ook ben je in 15 minuten Utrecht en slechts 25 minuten in Amsterdam. Het luxe interieur en de sfeer is geweldig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De houtgestookte hottub (optioneel) met uitzicht over de weilanden en het kampvuur maakt uw verblijf onvergetelijk. Er zijn fietsen gratis beschikbaar en ontbijt tegen vergoeding optioneel.

It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Voel je welkom op onze boot. We hopen dat je net zo netjes met onze boot omgaat als wij. Binnen mag er uiteraard niet gerookt worden. Geen probleem voor jou? We verwelkomen je graag. In overleg kun je ook onze sloep huren (vaarbewijs vereist). Kinderen zijn welkom als zij een zwemdiploma hebben.
