Offering 575 sq. ft. of private, clean, well maintained living quarters include, a kitchen, a cozy living space, w/twin sofa bed, & a spacious bed & bathroom. Chickens just outside your door to greet you a "rise & shine" morning & flowers everywhere. Our seasonal gardens are open for you to enjoy picking organic food, along with farm fresh eggs.

A hidden gem in the heart of the Black Hills, our cabin is nestled on 3 private acres lovingly named Squirrel Hill. With decks in every direction, you're encouraged to take in the abundance of nature. Watch for deer, turkey, birds and squirrels. Relax under the pines in the hot tub or on the deck featuring a gas firepit and 10-person table. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a well-appointed getaway. The Loft at The UPB provides a unique, cozy and private experience in a barn loft. Our barn is 'western modern'. Patterned after an old historic barn in the Antelope Flats area near Grand Teton. It is gorgeous! We are centrally located to all attractions, 10 minutes from downtown Rapid City and only 25 minutes from the airport. Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.
